Join Trattoria Sofia for A Night In Friuli – a 4-course Italian wine dinner featuring wines from Volpe Pasini and Schiopetto. Guests will enjoy an exclusive tasting and pairing dinner on our beautiful patio with special guest, Alessandro Rotolo, the future heir to both wineries and estates. The 4-course menu has been expertly paired with these exclusive Friuli-area wines by Trattoria Sofia's Sommelier Anthony Garza. During the fun and educational evening, we will be discussing the vineyards, their wines and growth process.
